Obama lies: Gaddafi death is warning to iron-fist rulers

Poor, dumb bastard, was no worse than the guys in the "coalition" who killed him,
and they deserve to be held to the same standard -- but won't be

The people at Reuters have a terminal case of rectal rumination, when they compose such an obviously absurd paean to freedom and democracy by the Nobel Peace Prize winning killer in the US oval office.

Obama joined U.S. politicians and ordinary Americans in welcoming the demise of Gaddafi, who was for decades regarded as a nemesis of American presidents, and also claimed some of the credit for the Libyan strongman's downfall."

The death of Gaddafi is no such thing, at it takes and especially venal and corrupt politician to mouth such bald-faced, self-serving propaganda.

Let's put it as plainly as we can: The US and its allies murdered Gaddafi because he had the temerity to suggest selling Libyan oil denominated in a currency besides the petrodollar. The US' equally craven and corrupt NATO allies were complicit in this travesty, seeking advantageous terms for access to Libya's natural resources.

What will not happen is the end of iron-fisted rule in Libya. The domination of the country's economic resources, if mismanaged under Gaddafi, will become ever more subject to the whims of the international banker cartel and the multinational resource extraction industries.

The Libyans might be celebrating now, but in six months the national mood will no doubt have become soured on the new liberators -- who arose not from some organic, internal movement but marionettes directed by foreigners with an agenda that did not include improving the lives of the average Libyan citizen.
